Établi

Custom merch for teams

Order team merch in plain English.

Describe what you need in a sentence. Établi turns it into a clear spec with a guide price, independent decorators bid to make it, and you approve a proof before anything is stitched or printed.

Animation: a buyer types “Embroider our logo on 48 quarter-zips. Up to $38 each, in hands within 3 weeks.” Établi turns it into a spec and sends it to three decorators, who bid $29 (an embroidery studio in Oregon), $31 (a stitch studio in Texas) and $32 (a print shop in Tennessee) a piece. The Oregon studio is awarded the contract with Texas as backup, and the finished batch ships from Oregon to the buyer’s office, marked delivered.

How it works

From a sentence to a shipped order

  1. Describe

Write what you need and the most you’ll pay. Établi turns it into a clear spec and asks only what’s missing.

  2. Bid

Vetted workshops bid a price a piece, with photos of similar work. No quotes to chase.

  3. Award

Établi signs the contract, holds the money and keeps a backup workshop warm.

  4. Ship

The workshop makes it and ships it with a tracking number and a photo. Repeat orders are one API call.

The universal contract

Every request becomes the same eight fields

That’s what lets one API cover 48 quarter-zips and a catered lunch.

Why Établi

An old way of making things, rebuilt for software

In the 1800s, many Swiss watches were not made in one factory. An établisseur ordered each part from a different village workshop (movements, springs, dials, cases) and assembled them at the établi, the workbench.

Établi works the same way. Your agent describes the product, a network of independent workshops each does the part it does best, and Établi brings it together.

Illustration: five village workshops on layered hills, windows lit. Dashed paths lead down to a workbench, and small watch parts travel along them into a box.
